Should I choose Individual or Corporate?
Pick Individual if you are documenting your own work. Pick Corporate if a team will share recordings, review content before publishing and manage members centrally.
Do I need to install anything?
Only the lightweight browser recorder, which you add to Chrome or Edge after sign-up. Everything else runs in the InsightIA web app.
Who can see my recordings?
Only members of your workspace with the right role. Your recordings and screenshots stay private to your workspace unless you publish or export them.
